LPG spray dryer for instant coffee
Product Introduction
Equipped with a centrifugal atomizer, centrifugal spray drying
tower is one of the most widely used dryer in industrial production. By adding material liquid to the high-speed rotating spray tray , the liquid is flung into droplets
after drying in the drying chamber subjected to centrifugal force.
Working Principle
Feed pump sends pump water reducing agent solution to the high-speed centrifugal
atomizer in the middle of the drying tower by using high-speed rotating centrifugal force, the
material liquid to spray fine droplets. Approved by the heat source of hot air, heating
points after reasonable ventilation, win into the drying tower.
Droplets are fully mixed with a hot air drying tower, for heat and mass transfer in quickly,in a very short time be dry powder products, grain size
larger products from the dry bottom, smaller particle size product with hot air into the cyclone dust
collector, separation of products by the discharge valve discharge, via water containing a small amount of
dust exhaust dust after emptying.
Functions and features
(1) High drying speed: after spraying of the material, the surface
area of the material will be increased greatly.
(2) Concurrent flow type of spray drying is adopted to let liquid
drops flow in the same direction as the hot air.
(3) This type of machine is widely used. Hot or cool air dry can be
chosen according to the specialty of material.
(4) As the material is dried momentarily, the product keeps the
ball shape in good disparity, fluidity, and solubility.
(5) Manufacturing process is simplified and operation is easy to be
controlled.
(6) In order to keep the material clear and prolong the service
life of the equipment, stainless steel is chosen to construct the
parts in contact with the material.
