FL-30 Fluidizing And Granulating Dryer
Description
The powder granule in the container appear in the state of
fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and heated air.
At the same time, the adhesive solvent after atomization and
sprayed into the container. It makes the same particles become
cumularspharolith As the drying of the material, the
cumularspharolith water evaporation and adhesive solution
solidified .The process is carried out continuously.Finally it
forms ideal,uniform and porous granules.
Features:
1. Because of powder granulation,the fluidity is improved and the
dust is reduced.
2. Because of powder granulation, its dissolving prop erty is
improved.
3. The mixing, granulating and drying can be completed in one step
inside the machine.

Foodstuff: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, juice of granulate,
flavoring and so on.

Coating: granule, pill protection layer, prepare color,
slow-release, enteric coated.
