Ⅵ, Performance description of equipment Mechanism
1.Feeder system
Screw pump uses frequency conversion speed regulation, effectively
control the feed volume, and the air temperature interlock.
2. Dielectric circulation system
It consists of blower, inducer, air butterfly valve, air pipe,
etc..
The air volume, pressure and wind speed matching of the system is
the key, according to many years' experience, it is now mature..
3. Air heating purification system
It consists of primary air filter, high efficiency air filter, fan,
etc.
The heat source is gas stove
4. Drying tower system
By drying main tower, hot air distributor, atomizer, observation
manhole, tower lighting, pneumatic hammer, etc.
This system is the core system.
(1) Combined with experimental experience, we are involved in the
design of the main tower:
1,The spray distance of atomizer is calculated strictly, and the
diameter of the main tower is enlarged reasonably to prevent the
material from sticking to the wall during the pre-drying process.
2,A reasonable ratio of height to diameter of the straight cylinder
of the main tower is designed to ensure the sufficient residence
time of the material and the effect of spray drying.
3,The taper angle of the cone of the tower is adjusted to 55 °, and
the smooth flow of the material in the cone is fully considered..
(2) The atomizer adopts frequency converter to adjust the speed of
atomizer to achieve the best atomization effect. By lowering the
atomizer base and increasing the distance between the atomizer tray
and the top of the tower, the atomizing liquid droplets cannot
return to the top under the spinning of the wind, so as to ensure
the normal operation of the system.With high speed motor drive, the
spindle speeds up to 15000 ~ 16000R.P.M,through the gear box,
making the atomizer line speed up to 130m/min, ensuring atomization
effect. With the digital automatic detection device for oil
pressure, the main shaft is equipped with water-cooled oil cooling
device to ensure that the spindle is not affected by high
temperature. According to the requirements of finished products,
the orifice, square hole or rhombus hole can be used for the hole
shape of the atomizer.
(3) Pneumatic hammers, which adopt new products of Japanese
refreshing technology, can ensure the effect of vibration, reduce
the noise of knocking products, and make the distribution
reasonable.
